Musicians and music teachers
All music leaders working for Livewire are employed on a freelance basis and are required to hold an enhanced DBS certificate and attend safeguarding training. We are particularly interested in working with individuals who have a background in youth work, community music and experience creating original music or working in the music industry. Most importantly we employ freelance musicians who can deliver accessible and enjoyable workshops, who promote equality and diversity in all aspects of their work.

Trainees and Interns
We offer volunteer placements and trainee opportunities through Livewire. If you are new to community music or youth work and you are interested in working within the Livewire team we may be able to offer you work based training opportunities.

Roles Include: Regular tweets and posts, creating posters and short videos.

To set up and promote monthly Livewire gigs
